01 — Who We Are

The Company

One campus in Bangalore. Every stage, from molecule to finished compound happens under our own roof.

Vinn AFF is an in-house manufacturer. Every molecule that carries our name is synthesized or isolated, blended and quality-checked in our own facility in Bangalore, Karnataka.

The plant

Our plant runs both chemical synthesis and natural isolation.
So aroma chemicals, flavours, fragrances, specialty and cosmetic chemicals are made here from the molecule up, with an in-house QC lab checking every stage before anything ships.

The centre

Attached to the plant sits our own Research & Development centre, where chemists, perfumers and flavour technologists develop new molecules, refine formulations and validate every batch before it ships across India and beyond.

02 — Capabilities

Two Routes to
Every Molecule

We create molecules through chemical synthesis and draw them from nature through natural isolation. Both on our own campus, checked by the same QC team.

Route 01 of 02

Chemical
Synthesis

Molecules built step by step on our own reactors. Controlled reactions, work-up and fractional distillation take each one to its target purity before it is profiled and released.

Route 02 of 02

Natural
Isolation

Single aromatic constituents separated from natural raw materials. Extraction, fractionation and isolation bring out the target molecule, profiled so it stays true to its natural origin.

Science Before Scent

Our R&D centre sits on the plant — so the people who formulate a compound are steps away from the people who manufacture it, so every idea moves smoothly from the lab to production.

05 — Manufacturing

Made In-house,
Batch by Batch

Synthesis, isolation, purification and blending all happen on our own lines, with quality checks when materials arrive and before every batch leaves. Follow a batch through the plant.

Stage 01

Incoming QC

Every raw material is sampled and tested by our QC lab before it is released to production.

QC Release

Each batch is packed and dispatched once it passes final QC and is signed off.

06 — How We Work

From Brief
to Batch

A simple, collaborative path — and because R&D and the plant share a campus, your project moves smoothly from first sample to full production.

01

Brief

Tell us the application, the base it goes into, the target profile and the market it ships to. A reference sample helps; a mood board works too.

Day one
Hand writing in a notebook on a desk
02

Formulate

Our chemists and perfumers build candidates from the in-house aroma base library and profile them against your reference.

R&D centre

03

Evaluate

You receive samples; we run application and stability trials in the actual base while the sensory panel scores each round. Iterate until approved.

Application labs

04

Scale & Supply

The approved formula moves to a pilot batch, then production — with batch-wise QC, documentation and pan-India dispatch.

07 — Quality & Assurance

Proven Before
It Leaves

Every batch is measured against the reference standard held in the R&D centre — and documented so you can trace it back.

We measure consistency so you can count on it — on every incoming material and every outgoing drum.

  • Incoming raw materials verified by GC-MS against retained reference standards
  • Retained reference sample kept for every production batch
  • Batch-wise QC release — olfactory, physical and instrumental checks
  • Stability and shelf-life data generated in the actual application base
  • Documented traceability from raw material lot to dispatch
  • Trained in-house sensory panel scoring against approved profiles

09 — Questions

Good to
Know

Answers to the questions new partners ask most often. Have another question? The contact form below goes straight to our team.

Do you manufacture everything yourselves?

Yes. Vinn AFF is an in-house manufacturer. All five divisions — aroma, flavours, fragrance, specialty chemicals and cosmetic chemicals — are made by chemical synthesis or natural isolation, blended and quality-checked at our own facility in Bangalore, with the R&D centre on the same campus.

Are your molecules synthetic or natural?

Both. We run chemical synthesis on our own reactors and natural isolation from botanical raw materials — the route depends on the molecule and on what your application or label requires. Tell us your requirement and we will advise which fits.

Can you develop a custom fragrance or flavour for my product?

That is most of what we do. Send us a brief — the application, the base, a target profile or reference sample and the market it ships to — and our chemists and perfumers will formulate candidates, run application trials and iterate with you until the profile is approved.

Do you provide samples for evaluation?

Yes. Evaluation samples are provided for both catalogue products and development work so you can trial them in your own base before committing to a production quantity. Tell us the application and quantity you need.

What are your minimum order quantities and lead times?

Campaign sizes are flexible — from pilot lots to bulk production — so minimums depend on the product and your application. Share your expected volumes with the enquiry and we will confirm quantities, packing and lead time for that product.

Which documents come with a supply?

A batch Certificate of Analysis, Safety Data Sheet and Technical Data Sheet as standard, with allergen declarations, IFRA conformity statements and product specifications available on request. Full raw-material-to-dispatch traceability is maintained for every batch.

Where do you ship?

We dispatch across India from our plant at Harohalli Industrial Area near Bangalore, and support export enquiries — write to us with the destination and we will advise on packing and documentation.
